CENTRAL PARK MATERNITY | RIYA + EMIL

Riya was so creative. She had the coolest prop ideas when it came to maternity session and I love it how she made sure to keep me informed of it even before the shoot. Emil on the other hand was very eager and curious. My favorite part from the session was the moment when Emil took out his Guitar and started to play a song to Riya on the stairs of Bethesda terrace. They looked so real and happy, It was amazing.

These two make one heck of a happy parents to be. There is so much love and excitement in their little world for this new baby boy, It's Magical !!!

CENTRAL PARK MATERNITY | AMBER + KUMAR

Amber and Kumar appeared in Bethesda Terrace with traditional Indian Outfit, something which I hadn't expected. But I loved how Amber wanted to embrace Kumar's culture, she looked beautiful in those south Indian silk. 

They both changed for the second part of the shoot. We spent an hour or two walking around the Lake and chit chatting. These two are expecting their first child this summer. Baby boy Pari is very lucky to have such loving and caring parents. 

BABY's FIRST BIRTHDAY | EVAN & NATHAN

If you remember, I shot Evan's family portrait in Riverside park earlier this year. This weekend, I had the opportunity to shoot his joint first birthday cake smash with Nathan. These two little friends were born just a day apart. 

Nathan was up for a big smash, Evan on the other hand was a bit confused with the situation. :) 

BABY's FIRST BIRTHDAY | SASHA

Sasha's First Birthday was a memorable one for me. It was my first time at a Jewish Birthday party of a one year old girl. The rituals surrounding the first birthday was very interesting and enlightening. It was a pleasure to document an event so rich in culture and a moment so full of love and joy.

CENTRAL PARK ENGAGEMENT | LEIDY + GEORGE

After moving the Engagement session 3 times due to bad weather, we still had no luck. Leidy and George were such big sport. We headed towards the Central Park Reservoir on a cloudy and misty day on a Friday eve, the rain was on and off, yet I am amazed with how the pictures came out. 

I absolutely love this couple and their chemistry. George adores Leidy and Leidy seems to never get enough of George. It makes me happy to see how content they are with each other and how they seem to forget the world around them when they are together. I am very much looking forward to shooting Leidy's Bridal shower this July.
