I had a blast photographing Olivia's First birthday. This little German English Jersey girl was a true trooper. Not once did she cry or fuss when she was passed from one hand to another for 3 full hours. 

Olivia's parents were the most humble with amazing family and friends. They made me feel right at home from the moment I walked it. The event was hosted at a penthouse in their Jersey City home. The View of the manhattan Skyline was just gorgeous and not to forget the delicious Filipino food and Pandan cake which I enjoyed every much. Thanks for having me. :)

Having done couple of engagement sessions in Brooklyn Bridge Park, I am very familiar with Jane's Carousel. But, little did I know that they accommodate birthday parties. What a great concept and kids loved that. 

Emmeline is so adorable and much loved. Everyone wanted to hold her. Her mom did a great job planning all the decors for the event. From straws and birthday hats to cupcakes and cake everything spoke pink and pretty. I couldn't stop photographing the details.

A mutual friend invited Olivia to a party she hosted, and Rob happened to be there. This is how Olivia and Rob met three years ago in New York City and they clicked right away. They say, rest is all history. 

One introduction, numerous dates and years of friendship and romance later, these two amazing spirits are planning to spend eternity together as husband and wife. They are thrilled to head back to their home country Rwanda to get married this week. 

Olivia from get go had a vision for her shoot, all she needed was a location to fit that imagination of hers. I couldn't think of any place more pleasant than my own neighborhood. Gantry Park is the perfect combination of beautiful greenery accompanied by gorgeous manhattan skyline.  I enjoyed photographing their fun and sincere relationship.

Love this couple! I had been looking forward to their big day ever since I photographed them in spring for their engagement session. 

The day started with Cristina getting ready in her UWS apartment with the view of beautiful manhattan skyline. From there, we went to the church of the blessed sacrament for their wedding ceremony. Their manhattan penthouse reception was not only gorgeous with stunning view, it was a union of two families and culture from Venezuela and France coming together. The speeches in three different languages were touching and at times hilarious. The music was incredible, the dance moves on the floor were fantastic and the late night funny hat party was one of a kind. 

LINDA + KEVIN | BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK ENGAGEMENT | BROOKLYN ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER

Couple of years ago Linda was doing her study abroad in Sydney. It had only been two days in Australia and she ran into this handsome young man named Kevin in one of the clubs she was at. Two days later, they went out on their first date. One dinner turned into another, and then without realizing they were seeing each other everyday for the next 6 weeks Linda was there. 

Long distance relationship did not scare them away, they got closer and their bonding was even stronger. They stayed in touch for month and months to come. In last few years they have both moved continents to be with each other. Kevin and Linda live in New York for last one year. Today they are planning a 2015 destination wedding in Hawaii. I couldn't have been happier working with such amazing and extraordinary couple.
